EPIDEMIOLOGIA E MANEJO DOS PACIENTES DIAGNÓSTICOS COM INFARTO DO MIOCÁRDIO SEM OBSTRUÇÃO CORONÁRIANA (MINOCA): REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA

Abstract

The study intended to make a critical review on Myocardial Infarction With Nonobstructive Coronary Arteries (MINOCA). Thus, methodology this study  was using the guiding question: What are the clinical, epidemiological characteristics and the most appropriate management for patients with MINOCA? Bases used: LILACS, SCIELO, PubMed and Cochrane with the descriptors “MINOCA”, “Myocardial Infarction With Nonobstructive Coronary Arteries”,“management ”. The results have been obtained study data were 63 articles on the PubMed, who responded to the question only 10. Cochrane had 3, but only 2 were available. Scielo and Lilacs did not have articles that answered the question. In between 12 articles of used in study that MINOCA is found in 5% to 7% of patients. There are a variety of causes and risk factors that result in this condition, management with antihypertensive and antiplatelet agents require clinical trials to confirm the results.
