TRATAMENTOS INTEGRADOS EM PACIENTES PORTADORES DE FISSURA LABIOPALATINAS: Revisão Integrativa

Fissuras labiais e palatinas são anomalias congênitas orofaciais, que acometem o terço médio da face, provocada durante a fusão dos ossos da maxila. O tratamento é longo e necessita de grande variedade de profissionais atuando de forma integrada. Foi realizada uma revisão integrativa da literatura sobre equipes atuantes no tratamento de fissuras labiopalatinas nos últimos 20 anos. Foram utilizados os descritores: fenda palatina (AND) fenda labial (AND) equipe interdisciplinar de saúde (AND) pacientes, nas línguas portuguesa e inglesa, nas bases de dados: Medline/PubMed; Bireme e SciELO, de 2001 a 2021. Foram observadas distintas constituições e ações, que abrangem diferentemente os pacientes portadores de fissuras labiopalatinas. Embora as equipes interdiscilinares sejam comprovadamente necessárias e efetivas nos tratamentos de pacientes fissurados, apresentam dificuldades para sua implantação e desenvolvimento em países e regiões heterogêneas.
