COMPARAÇÃO ENTRE A CIRURGIA LAPAROSCÓPICA COM RESSECÇÃO ABERTA EM TUMORES ESTROMAIS GASTROINTESTINAIS (GIST) GÁSTRICOS: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA

Resumo

O objetivo do estudo é comparar as cirurgias laparoscópicas (LAP) versus ressecção aberta (RA) para o tratamento de Tumores Estromais Gastrointestinais (GIST) Gástricos e avaliar se a LAP possui maior vantagem, segurança e viabilidade quando comparada com a RA. Realizou-se pesquisa nas bases de dados PubMed, Embase e Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde com os termos: "Gastrointestinal stromal tumor", "Laparoscopy" e "Resection", e o booleano "AND" e foram selecionados 9 artigos. A LAP apresentou menores complicações, tempos pós-cirúrgicos, perdas de sangue intra operatório, taxas de mortalidade e morbidade, e maiores segurança e eficácia. A melhor técnica cirúrgica depende do tamanho, localidade e natureza do tumor. A LAP está associada a uma melhor segurança e eficácia nas cirurgias de GISTs gástricos. Observou-se que a LAP apresentou diversas vantagens sobre a RA, a qual desenvolveu melhora na recuperação do paciente.
