SEED TREATMENT: IMPORTANCE OF PRODUCTS AND EQUIPMENT
Keywords:
Quality; Fungicides; Equipment.Abstract
Seed treatment is essential and beneficial for all crops, where the objective is to eliminate, control or repel fungi, insects and other pests that attack seeds, seedlings and plants. This review aims to show the types of seed treatment and the different agricultural equipment used to carry out this type of treatment. This study took place between the months of October and November this year, and it can be seen in the results that the demand for seed treatment in Brazil has increased in relation to the use of fungicides and application technologies and equipment, where it can be concluded that the seed treatment is constantly evolving, both with regard to seed treatment equipment and the chemical and biological products used.
